WUAA is a private, non-profit, volunteer organization dedicated to helping understand, catalog, and promote Wisconsin's underwater historical resources. We work closely with the State Historical Society of Wisconsin and other organizations who are dedicated to the same purpose. We invite any person to join who shares our love of Wisconsin's underwater resources and the knowledge that we can learn and share from it. WUAA presents an opportunity for individuals to participate in and contribute to state efforts in underwater archaeological research and preservation. Dues are $20 per year. Membership terms begin in October and dues may be prorated for members joining at mid-term. Membership in WUAA includes an annual subscription to our quarterly newsletter "Wisconsin's Underwater Heritage". We also sponsor two semi-annual meetings for the entire membership as well as additional local meetings for local chapters. Our membership list also includes a database of members' unique skills and interests and allows us to contact people when projects that match their interests and abilities are being planned. Please fill in the form below as completely as possible and list any areas of interest in which you may wish to participate. If you are submitting this form between March and September, we will prorate your membership dues for 1/2 year at $10. For more information email: Brendon Baillod |
