Hi , I guess I'm answering my own questions. I am currently in Door County, Wisconsin to bring in the New Year. Yesterday I went to the Shipwreck Museum located at Sturgeon Bay it was extremely in formative. I also visited the 3 shallow wrecks at Bullhead Point, You can even make out the outlines of these three 1800's schooners through the Ice. The Lighthouses in the area are beautiful decked out in their snowy winter cover. Having a great time! Happy New Year. Dave PS I heard Death's Door was named because of the treturous shoals and currents causing wrecks?
