Hey guys! I'm really glad Brendon got the site back up and running as it is a great way to get the word out about shipwreck-related events. Most of you probably already know about our annual show from some of the other boards and forums, but here are the details anyway: Mysteries & Histories Beneath the Inland Seas Saturday, May 3, 2008 at 7:00M Knickerbocker Theatre in downtown Holland, Michigan Program details: Ralph Wilbanks of NUMA will update attendees on the latest NUMA expeditions, David Trotter will recap 30 years of wreck hunting success in the Great Lakes, and MSRA will present "A Freshwater Monsoon" documenting the identification of a schooner discovered off Saugatuck, MI, as well as "Gone Missing", a look at Lake Michigan's most enigmatic shipwrecks. MSRA also will reveal the location of the Hennepin during the program. The Hennepin was discovered in 2006 and has been fully documented and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The precise lat/longs will be announced at the show. (The vessel lies in 230 feet of water.) See www.michiganshipwrecks.org for complete details and to order tickets (or make a donation) using PayPal. Thanks!
