Swayze does not list every wreck on the Lakes, and does not list any scuttles/abandonments. I estimate that Swayze lists about 80% of all significant commercial shipwreck on the Lakes but many small early vessels are not listed and many commercial tug losses are not listed. I do think your guess on the 5 Fingers Tug is a good one, but I've not researched it an any serious way.
